You can obtain a replacement payment envelope from your school reception and fill in the relevant information ready to be handed to one of our friendly photographers on photo day.
Alternatively, you can contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will be able to give you your child’s unique shoot key for online ordering.

The closing time for placing an order is up to four weeks after the main photo day. This can be done via phone or posting the envelope and payment to out PO Box address (found on the Contact Us page).
Please Note: Any late orders that are placed after the photos have been printed and delivered to the school may incur a delivery fee.

When all orders have been printed and returned to the school a letter will be attached to your payment and returned to you via the school asking you to contact us.
Once we receive a call from you we can work together on which of the following options is the best for you;
We can arrange for an office sitting and have the package printed for you, or we can offer you a full refund.

This is a school preference. However, if your school have agreed to sibling photos, you can obtain a family payment envelope from the school office.

No, you are not able to view your child’s image before placing an order or photos are returned to the school.
We do offer to retake your child’s photo free of charge or offer a full refund if you are unhappy with the photo taken.

Yes, please make all cheques payable to ‘Academy Photography’.
Other methods of payment include;
Cash – This can be placed securely sealed into the payment envelope provided
Credit Card – Can be used to place an order online or via the phone. A slip is also attached
attached to the payment envelope with can also be securely sealed inside.

A half price discount is available for the third or subsequent children attending the same school.
Please Note: Discounts are only available when Packs A, B or C are ordered for each child.
